We are recruiting for an Associate Veterinarian for an Animal Hospital based in Pasadena, TX.

The hospital is looking to hire due to expansion. The hospital is within reach of Houston and close by to a beach, located in Galveston.

The Hospital only see small animals and the occasional exotic. They do not see reptiles or birds but hope to hire an exotic veterinarian in the future so they can start seeing all exotics.

A successful candidates will be required to perform Vaccines, spay, neuter, treat illnesses, routine surgeries, etc. Exotics, ultrasound a plus but not required. No emergency duty. Work would involve some Saturdays. Hours are 7-5:30 M-F and 7-Noon on Saturday. Work week is 40-50 hours but rarely over 45.
