  6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with practice protocols and regulatory standards.
  7. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in small animal medicine through ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
  8. Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and staff training sessions to foster a culture of learning and growth within the practice.

Qualifications:

  1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  2. Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida or eligible for licensure.
  3. Proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in patient care.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  5. Compassionate bedside manner and genuine concern for the well-being of animals.
  6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering outstanding veterinary care.
