We are recruiting for a Veterinarian/Partner for a company that empowers and encourages veterinary professionals into hospital ownership positions in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company will soon be opening a brand new state-of- the-art, full-service veterinary hospitals and are looking for talented Veterinarians to join their growing team.
This is a brief outline of the opportunity:
Remuneration: Base salary $100,000 with a floating base system that increases your base as your production increases.
Ownership: You will receive 25% equity in the business with no investment required!
Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO from day 1-3 years of partnership will be 10 days PTO/year. After 3 years of partnership, your PTO will increase to 15 days PTO/year (on an accrual basis).
Sick Time: You will be eligible for 3 days of sick leave per year.
Healthcare: 100% health insurance covered. Healthcare also includes Dental, Vision, Pre-tax healthcare savings account, and 401k+ Match.
Continuing Education (CE): Your yearly CE allowance is based on days worked per week. (Ex: 5 work days a week = 5 CE days) and $1500 to $2100 per year. Every veterinarian also receives $5000 of company led CE opportunities per year.
Membership Dues and License Fees: They will pay for your membership dues to the CVMA, your local VMA, VMB License fee, DEA License fee, Vetfolio, and VIN memberships.
Clinical Education Program: They are dedicated to the clinical advancement of their Veterinarians, RVTs and support staff. Veterinary Coordinator leads monthly training sessions for their veterinarians, and an annual ‘Advanced Clinical Skills Seminar’. This program covers advanced techniques such as ultrasonography, oncology, ophthalmology, and orthopedic surgery and is led in association with nationally and internationally recognized specialists.
